Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to:

violate fair housing laws;
redistribute MLS data;
automate requests in ways that violate Bright MLS terms;
engage in any activity that constitutes unlicensed real estate brokerage.

Account responsibilities

Brokers using the platform are responsible for all licensed activities and for verifying AI-generated outputs before use. Homesolo is a tool for licensed real estate professionals; it is not a brokerage and does not provide licensed real estate services, legal advice or appraisals. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter about your clients and for having a right to enter it.

This service is not available in California.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOMESOLO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Governing law & dispute resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of it or out of your use of Homesolo will be brought in the courts located in the District of Columbia, and you and Homesolo each consent to their jurisdiction.
